Rose Marie Daymut
Rose Marie Daymut serves as the Administrative Director for the Rural Access to Dermatology Society, where she brings warmth, organization, and decades of leadership experience to the heart of the organization. She oversees daily operations, manages communication systems, supports the board, and coordinates the many logistical details that keep RADS running smoothly. Her strength lies in creating structure, building reliable systems, and helping teams stay connected so their shared mission can flourish.
Before joining RADS, Rose dedicated 27 years to education and district-level administration, guided by her passion for helping people and strengthening communities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration. During her 7 year district administrative career, she secured more than $5.6 million in grant funding to expand educational programs and support students and staff—experience that now enhances RADS’ organizational development and programmatic planning.
Rose’s connection to RADS began through her nephew, a dermatology resident at The Ohio State University, who introduced her to the RADS team. What began as a simple connection quickly evolved into a meaningful partnership, with Rose stepping into a role that perfectly aligns with her skills, values, and long-standing commitment to service.
Rose grew up in Southeastern Ohio as the third of five girls, in a family rooted in strong values and deep connection. She has been married for 41 years and is a proud mother of two and grandmother of two. Her greatest joy comes from time spent with her family, and those close to her describe her as steady, generous, and grounded.
Rose is proud to support the mission of the Rural Access to Dermatology Society and to contribute her expertise to expanding high-quality dermatologic care in underserved rural communities across the country. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to service, integrity, and helping others succeed.
