We are thrilled to announce the Rural Access to Dermatology Society’s First Annual Meeting! We are heading to the home of the Cardinals to map out the future of Mobile Dermatology in our rural communities.

Extra Innings: Post-Conference Fun
After a day of learning, it’s time to network and unwind in true St. Louis style. Be sure to add a box suite ticket on your registration to join us at the 1:15PM game at Busch Stadium as the St. Louis Cardinals take on the Pittsburgh Pirates! Enjoy stadium refreshments, connect with fellow attendees, and enjoy a classic afternoon of baseball.

The Rural Access to Dermatology Society is simultaneously collecting abstracts for two upcoming events: Our 2nd Annual Virtual Research Symposium on September 19th and the Wyoming Academy of Dermatology Annual Conference October 2-4, 2026.

Note: Abstracts submitted for the Wyoming Academy of Dermatology Annual Conference October 2-4 are assumed to understand, if selected, they are able to attend and present in person.

You must be available to present virtually on Saturday, September 19th, from 10AM-12PM ET.

Submission deadline: August 1st at 11:59 PM ET

RADS leadership will select the top 10 submissions to be presented at the RADS 2nd Annual Virtual Research Symposium on Saturday, September 19th, from 10AM-12PM ET. Selections will be made by August 14th and all who submitted will be notified if they have been selected to present by August 17th. Your final presentation must be submitted by September 1st.

Abstract submissions are open to Medical Students and Residents only.

You may not submit an abstract if you have previously been a RADS Scholar.

You must be available to orally present, in person, at The Lodge at Jackson Hole in Jackson Hole, WY October 2-4, 2026.

RADS leadership will select the top 4 submissions to be presented at the Wyoming Academy of Dermatology Annual Conference in Jackson Hole, WY October 2-4, 2026. Selections will be made by August 28th and all who submitted will be notified if they have been selected to present and attend by August 31st. The selected 4 RADS Scholars will receive a $500 travel stipend.
