RADS offers an invaluable, tight-knit ecosystem of support. Our active GroupMe community connects residents and medical students from across the country in one massive, lively group chat. It’s the perfect space to share current events, swap study resources, celebrate milestones, and ask questions in a collaborative, zero-pressure environment.
Beyond peer-to-peer networking, we actively champion professional growth through our quarterly webinars. These virtual sessions serve as a premier platform for members to submit abstracts, showcase their research, and practice presenting to a supportive audience of peers and mentors.

Nothing, however, beats the energy of connecting in person. RADS is a part of several regional meetings to foster deep professional relationships, share clinical pearls, and collaborate on rural health initiatives.
