Submission Requirements

Please read the following requirements and expectations carefully before submitting:

• Abstract submissions are open to Medical Students and Residents only.

• You may not submit an abstract if you have previously been a RADS Scholar.

• You must be available to orally present, in person, at The Lodge at Jackson Hole in Jackson Hole, WY October 2-4, 2026. 

• The information may have been displayed at a prior regional or national meeting.

• Required uploads:

  • Abstract (150 words or less)

  • Headshot

  • Short biography

Submission deadline: August 17th at 11:59 PM ET

RADS leadership will select the top 4 submissions to be presented at the Wyoming Academy of Dermatology Annual Conference in Jackson Hole, WY October 2-4, 2026. Selections will be made by August 28th and all who submitted will be notified if they have been selected to present and attend by August 31st. The selected 4 RADS Scholars will receive a $500 travel stipend.
